AUTOGUARD Quick Flat Fix - Tire Sealer and inflator seals and inflates most
common punctures instantly and effectively. AUTOGUARD Quick Flat Fix is safe for use on all passenger car and utility tires, tube and tubeless. AUTOGUARD Quick Flat Fix contains a Butyl Latex Sealant as its active ingredient. AUTOGUARD Quick Flat Fix is a temporary repair only, the punctured tire should be permanently repaired by a professional as soon as possible. If possible, remove object that caused flat. Shake can well before using. Remove valve stem extension if one exists.
1) For AUTOGUARD Quick Flat Fix with Hose - Tire valve should be in a 4 to 8 o'clock position. Screw adapter hose onto tire valve tightly. Remove cap, hold can upright and push button to seal and inflate tire.
2) For AUTOGUARD Quick Flat Fix with Cone - Tire valve should be in a 6 o'clock position. Push adapter cone firmly onto tire valve stem. Quick Flat Fix will automaticcally begin to seal and inflate tire.
Use entire contents to fill car and truck tires. Remove hose/cone from valve stem and drive 2 to 4 miles immediately to provide maximum distribution of sealant. At the first opportunity, have tire examined by a professional. Check tire for correct pressure.
DANGER: Do not attempt to repair tire or remove, have repaired while inflated. It is important that all gas be
expelled from tire in open area, not subject to fire.

| AUTOGUARD CARBURETOR CLEANER |

Vehicles with carburetors build up "sludge", "varnish", and other deposits
due to poor combustion of fuel. These deposits reduce fuel combustion and cause valves to stick. All the
linkages on a carburetor will stick causing the carburetor to run inefficiently.
AUTOGUARD Carburetor
Cleaner is a blend of selected solvents, carefully formulated to maximize cleaning power. Difficult
deposits are eliminated quickly.
Use in well ventilated area. Insert extension tube into valve button. Avoid contact with car finish.
CARBURETOR AND LINKAGE: With engine off, remove air cleaner. Start engine and set at fast idle.
Spray AUTOGUARD Carburetor Cleaner on exterior surface of carburetor, including linkage. Also spray
in short bursts around inside of carburetor. Allow engine to run for one minute and then repeat procedure
for inside and outside of carburetor.
PCV VALVE: With engine off, disconnect hose from valve. Insert extension tube into valve opening and
spray while working valve back and forth. Start engine and spray three or four short burst.
AUTOMATIC CHOKE: With engine off, spray ends of choke valve while opening and closing manually.
Also spray piston and cylinder.

AUTOGUARD De-Icer is used to remove frost or ice from
windshields. AUTOGUARD De-Icer is an aerosol, its active ingredient is methanol with additional
ingredients being ethylene glycol, other alcohols and water. When the De-Icer is sprayed on, the
methanol soaks into the frozen material and rapidly lowers its melting point. This allows the ice to
become a soft, slush-like mixture even at below-freezing temperatures. This mixture can be removed
with windshield wipers or a windshield-cleaning tool. If AUTOGUARD De-Icer is applied in
advance, it will retard ice formation and fogging on inside of windows.

the combustion chamber of an engine. A major problem that prevents the proper delivery of the fuel air
mixture are deposits, throughout the fuel system. AUTOGUARD Fuel Injector Cleaner is designed to dissolve
all deposits and varnish build-ups in the fuel injectors and fuel system. Fuel injector cleaners may be either
petroleum based or alcohol based. Alcohol based products can dry out o-rings used in fuel injectors.
AUTOGUARD Fuel Injector Cleaner is a petroleum based product. Petroleum based products are more

AUTOGUARD Engine Stop Leak is a specially formulated oil additive
designed to reduce or eliminate oil leaks from old worn out seals and gaskets, that have shrunk due to
temperature or wear. Elastomeric seals contacted by hot oil tend to shrink, harden and become less pliable, as a
result oil begins leaking out. One alternative is to replace all the leaking seals, another is to add
AUTOGUARD Engine Stop Leak. AUTOGUARD Engine Stop Leak contains a synthetic seal swell additive
to swell seals back to their original size and helps them regain pliability. This product contains no solids that
can plug oil filters and small engine oil passage ways.
To stop leaks, add entire contents of bottle to engine oil crankcase (consult owner's manual for fill location). If
leakage does not stop after 100 miles, have the engine examined by a professional ( the seals may be cracked or
broken and should be replaced).

contaminate the gasoline. AUTOGUARD Gas Treatment removes sludge, gum,

This removal of contaminates will increase fuel economy, smooth rough idle, and
help stop knocking.
There are two types of gas treatment products: petroleum based and alcohol
based. AUTOGUARD and STP are petroleum based. Stewart Warner is alcohol
based. Petroleum based products are more effective at dissolving deposits in
carburetors. An easy way of distinguishing the two types is to look for the "DANGER: May be fatal or cause blindness if swallowed" statement on the front
label of product containing methanol..
To properly treat the gasoline, add one bottle of AUTOGUARD Gas Treatment
to the fuel tank before filling with gasoline. One bottle treats 15 to 21 gallons.

to WD40 which is just a lubricant. AUTOGUARD Penetrating Oil is a blend of fast acting super

Penetrating Oil loosens rust and erosion almost instantly, it quickly penetrates into cracks, crevices
and threads, freeing, bolts, lug nuts and other fasteners. Noticeable squeaks are silenced by friction -

Engine starting fluids are aerosol products which sprayed into the carburetor or attached to an injection system, will assist starting engines which may be balky due to cold, dampness or under maintenance. Typically starting fluids consist of ethyl ether, blended with other petroleum hydrocarbon. How well a product dispenses the ether in cold weather is an important characteristic. AUTOGUARD
Starting Fluids are effective down to -65˚F, they have low freeze points, high vapor pressure at low temperatures, low flash point, high BTU content and an upper cylinder lubricant for protection. AUTOGUARD Starting Fluid may be used with gasoline engines and some diesel engines. It is not recommended using any starting fluid in diesel engines that have glow plugs. Most passenger car and light truck diesel engines have glow plugs in order to preheat the combustion chamber. The use of starting fluid in engines with glow plugs can cause serious engine damage and possible personal injury. Larger trucks and tractors may not have glow plugs. For example, some tractors do not have glow
plugs and inject starting fluid directly into the manifold. Starting fluid works very well in this type of application.
Always consult the owner's manual to determine the manufacturer's recommendation and whether or not a specific vehicle is equipped with glow plugs. Follow the directions on the can when using any of AUTOGUARD Starting Fluids.
