| Premium Starting Fluid |
| |
|
 |
Starts engines quickly for a fast start on the coldest days. Works on both diesel and gasoline engines and contains an upper cylinder lubricant that helps starting engines in all kinds of weather. Economical and easy to use.
COMPETITION: Gunk, Ig-Lo, Gold Eagle, McKay, Kar Products PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Engine starting products are aerosol products, which sprayed into the carburetor or attached to an injection system, will assist starting engines, which may be bulky due to cold, dampness or under maintenance. Typically starting fluids consist of ethyl ether, blended with other petroleum hydrocarbon. How well a product dispenses the ether in cold weather is an important characteristic. Warren Starting Fluids are effective down to –65F, they have low freeze points, high vapor pressure at low temperatures, low flash point, high BTU content and an upper cylinder lubricant for protection. Warren Starting Fluid may be used with gasoline engines and some diesel engines. It is not recommended using any starting fluid in diesel engines that have glow plugs. Most passenger car and light truck diesel engines have glow plugs in order to preheat combustion chamber. The use of starting fluid in engines with glow plugs can cause serious engine damage and possible personal injury. Larger trucks and tractors may not have glow plugs. For example, some tractors do not have glow plugs and inject starting fluid directly into the manifold. Starting fluid works very well in this type of application.
Always consult the owner’s manual to determine the manufacturer’s recommendation and whether or not a specific vehicle is equipped with glow plugs. Follow the directions on the can when using any of Warren Starting Fluids.

| De-Icer |
| |
|
 |
Removes frost and ice from windshield, windows, locks & mirrors. Will Not Harm rubber, metal or paint finishes. Retards ice formations. Contains no CFC’s.
COMPETITION: Preston, Ig-Lo PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Warren De-Icer is used to remove frost or ice from windshields. Warren De-Icer is an aerosol. Its active ingredient is methanol and additional ingredients being ethylene glycol, other alcohols and water. This allows the ice to become a soft, slush-like mixture even at below-freezing temperatures. This mixture can be applied in advance, it will retard ice formation and fogging on inside of windows.
TO REMOVE FROST AND ICE: Start vehicle and turn on defroster. Liberally spray windshield from top to bottom. Wait for ice or frost to thaw and remove by windshield wipers or a windshield-cleaning tool.
TO RETARD ICE FORMATION: Apply where desired prior to ice accumulation.
